Shipping Times

For wholesale, samples, and custom projects, contact our team to confirm production lead time, freight, and delivery terms for your destination. The standard retail estimates below are retained for existing direct orders; Amazon purchases use the delivery estimates shown on Amazon.

Order processing: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
United States: Delivery is estimated at 5–10 business days after shipment.
International: Delivery is estimated at 10–20 business days after shipment.

A shipping confirmation email with tracking number will be sent to your registered email once order is shipped. Check your spam folder if not received within 3 business days of payment.
We assume no liability for shipment delays arising from force majeure events (natural disasters, bad weather, strikes, customs procedures), incorrect customer address/contact details, or voluntary package rejection.
For lost or damaged packages, customers must reach out within 7 business days of expected delivery with order number, photos and detailed information; free reshipment or refund will be provided after official verification.
For new procurement projects, currency, freight, taxes, and customs responsibilities are confirmed in the quote and invoice.
